Second reps were slow but still deep and successful. 13″ rank pulls 4×6 Band ham curls 3×20 SS w/ Ab pulldowns 3×10 Friday – Military/Bench 5×3 @90% All reps were solid and easy. I’m definitely feeling stronger with this lift.
